Home Watch Visits
Routine interior and exterior checks on a schedule that fits your property and travel calendar. Each visit covers doors, windows, plumbing, HVAC, and signs of pests, leaks, or damage. You’ll get a photo report after every visit showing exactly what was checked and what, if anything, needs your attention.
Mountain Property Care
Colorado’s high country brings snow load, freeze cycles, and seasonal access issues that flatland properties never deal with. We adjust our checklist through the year: winterizing before the first freeze, monitoring for ice dams and pipe issues through winter, and checking for storm or thaw damage in spring.
Emergency Property Checks
Storms, power outages, freeze warnings, and alarm triggers don’t wait for your next scheduled visit. When something happens at your property, we go check it in person and let you know what we find, along with next steps if repairs are needed.
Vendor Coordination
Need a contractor, plumber, or snow removal crew at the property while you’re away? We can meet them onsite, provide access, and confirm the work was completed the way you expected. Nothing gets scheduled or approved without your go-ahead first.
How often will you visit my property?
Visit frequency depends on your property and the season. Most owners choose weekly or biweekly visits, with more frequent checks during winter or severe weather. We’ll build a schedule around what makes sense for your home.
What's included in a visit report?
After every visit you’ll get a written report with photos showing what was inspected and what we observed, including anything that needs attention.
